ABOUT Sonam.
I'm an advisor and coach who steers away from advising and coaching in the way it's mostly done. I work with individuals who seek to live differently. Living which is in utmost accordance with who they are, which reflects in all aspects of their life - relationships, health, wealth, career and more.
I help these individuals see who they are. Help them understand and remove all that is coming in the way for them to live their possibilities. A basic, yet grand possibility that seems to be widely untapped, misunderstood and out of reach.

Every human being has the potential to live life effortlessly, uniquely, with a sense of deep contentment and peace. Few consider the possibility to tap into this potential and even fewer make it a real possibility for themselves.

People are not broken, damaged or in need of fixing. They are who you are, the way they are. If they own it, ride it and have fun with it life would be different. And then if from that place they want to change something, they do. Not because they're being sold a shiny ideal, concept, tool or hack, but because something true within them moves them in that direction.
My approach to anyone I work with, underpins this view I hold of them.
3/ HONESTY & INTEGRITY WIN
Radical authenticity can only be unleashed through seeing what is and being truthful with yourself. When you own that truth with integrity of action you move your life in a real way.
Truth, as I have come to understand it through the years, forms the basis of how I operate. It's the essence of all the work I do with my clients. And this is an ongoing process of self mastery for me and them.
Inspiration is not comparison. Both concepts work fundamentally differently and yield different outcomes. Inspiration can move us in unpredictable, creative and powerful ways.
My work is to create as conducive an environment for you to feel inspired and act from a place of freedom vs comparison.
4/ ABSOLUTE LIFE RESPONSIBILITY
Our environment, circumstances and people around us are unpredictable. Thus they're an unreliable source of getting what you want. If something is deeply desired, the gaze needs to be on the self. And when all is done, there is a surrender, letting go because what else is there to do?
This is at the heart of all the work I do. When the gaze is outward, there is blame, anger, regret and more and we lose time. The quicker we can move the gaze unwaveringly inward, the faster we move and the bolder our steps.
